Booking and Reservation Policy
To Reserve your date full payment of rental fee is required with a signed Rental and Deposit Agreement. This deposit is non-refundable, however if the date is able to rebook, your deposit minus $500 will be refunded.
30 days prior to your event we will contact you for your final guest count in order to calculate your final beverage charges and invoice total. Full payment must be received no later than 15 days prior to your event. Any additional guests present during your event will incur additional beverage charges equal to your contracted amount per person that must be settled before the conclusion of your event.
We accept payments in the form of cash, check or credit card. Checks may be made payable to Little Cottage, LLC. A 3% administration fee applies to all credit card transactions.
