Welcome to Little Cottage, Northwest Atlanta’s Premier Wedding and Special Event Facility.   We offer private use of our nearly 9,000 square foot event space along with full alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage service.  Little Cottage prides itself on providing a friendly, comfortable, and professional rental experience.  We feel our property is well-appointed, exclusive, and expansive.  We can host all types of events from Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs’, Quinceaneras, Charitable Organizations, Company Holiday Parties, and Marketing Events.  With an open creative aesthetic and ambiance, Little Cottage can easily be transformed to meet your specific vision.  Little Cottage possesses brick walls, high ceilings, large windows, two large built-in bars, and a fireplace; the perfect backdrop for all affairs.

  • A large built-in bar and fireplace is the center focal point. After a wedding ceremony, guests can be invited back into the Cottage Room for cocktails and passed hor’s. Another built-in bar anchors the space. It is the perfect place to lounge or host a photo booth or dessert station.
  • 8 ½ -hour rental including 3 hour set up, 4½ hour event time and a 1-hour cleanup period: additional time available for an extra fee

Fee Schedule

 

The 8 ½ hour total facility rental considers a 3 hour setup time, a 4 ½ hour event time and a 1-hour cleanup and breakdown period, events planned for longer than 4 ½ hours will incur additional event time charges.
